ARTICLE 1 Introduction


The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relations between all users of the Les Couleurs d’Urielle site

These general terms and conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of prior, express and written derogation. ARTICLE 5: Secure payment


All orders placed on the Site must be paid for at the time of ordering. The execution of the order will only take place after the User has paid the full amount of the order.

The execution of the order will be carried out after the agreement of the bank payment centre. In the event of the latter’s agreement, the account will be immediately debited and the order validated. In the event of refusal, the order will be cancelled.

Les Couleurs d’Urielle offers 3 methods of payment:

ARTICLE 6: Postage and delivery


If you do not collect your parcel from the post office within the announced time limit (generally within 15 days after your parcel has been made available), it will automatically be returned to us. In this case, you may request a new shipment, subject to payment of the new shipping costs, or claim a refund of your order minus the shipping costs incurred by Les Couleurs d’Urielle during the first shipment, which corresponds to the highest flat rate for parcel shipments or to the amount invoiced for Tracked Letter.


ARTICLE 7: Return Policy


For all return requests within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the parcel, please contact us by email and notify your reason. Your request will be examined. ARTICLE 8: Right of withdrawal

The present contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
